I am an experienced management and leadership professional. In the course of my career I gathered detailed knowledge in the areas of efficient collaboration, process management and people leadership.
I have been leading enterprises, departments and teams of various cultures and sizes in distributed locations for more than 15 years and am used to and appreciate taking responsibility. I see communication with people on all levels and leading them as two of my key strengths.
Amongst my proven and repeated successes are the evaluation, introduction and implementation of operational and strategic improvements. Including but not limited to the areas of process improvements, software and organizational development and partner management.
