I am an experienced management and leadership professional and have been leading enterprises, departments and teams of various cultures and sizes in distributed locations for more than 20 years. I am used to and appreciate taking responsibility and see communication with people on all levels and leading them as two of my key strengths.
Amongst my proven and repeated successes are the evaluation, introduction and implementation of operational and strategic improvements. Including but not limited to the areas of process improvements, organizational development and partner management.
Building on my skills and experience I now engage in consulting for small and medium enterprises with a clear focus on leadership and organizational challenges and improvements.
I am driven by the passionate desire to build new or convert existing enterprises into highly efficient organizations, which deliver outstanding results over a long period of time and offer people a place, where they actually like to work.
